The Central Bank has set a single fee for cross-border transfers of individuals via the FPS: regardless of the amount of the transfer, sending banks will pay 6 rubles per transfer.

As follows from the materials of the regulator, the new tariff will be applied from December 19. Now the regulatory documents of the Central Bank provide for commissions of 3 rubles from the sending bank and from the receiving bank.

For the final recipient of money, cross-border transfers will be free, since banks will not be able to take a commission from him, the Central Bank emphasized. Banks will set their own commissions for sending such transfers for clients.
